Moran Township School is a K-8 public school district located along the beautiful northern shores of Lake Michigan. Our student population is 90.

Moran Township School is five miles west of St. Ignace on U.S. 2. Turn left towards the lake onto Gros Cap Road and follow the lake-shore until you see the school. (About 1/2 mile).

The mission of Moran Township School is to develop self-esteem, positive attitudes, and effective work habits for all students within a safe, orderly environment. The district recognizes the interdependency of home, school, and community and seeks to enhance this relationship.

Moran Township School curriculum currently provides learning experiences for students in language arts (reading, writing, speaking, listening, and literature), mathematics, social studies, science, health, physical education, technology, and arts.
